Why person-on-person Support group?
Encouragement and motivation are said to be 90% nonverbal. You may get the information of what’s being presented. Something may be lost when you can not react to the speaker’s nonverbal communication.

Anyone can learn this skill and lead a Keto Support Group. One does not have to be Keto Lifestyle Expert to lead a group. THERE ARE NO EXPERTS. The Keto Lifestyle is still being developed. To lead a Support Group, you do not have to be an Expert. Just let the people with Keto experiences share their Keto experiences and help them communicate them to the group.

Keto Active Listening classes will be taught at Oregon Community College in Lincoln City in the winter of 2023. If you take the class, you will be able to lead a Keto Support Group if you desire.
If the Support Group is too large and there is no way to do Active Listening, then encouragement and motivation are decreased, and the group will start decreasing. You must have a person-on-person group with a leader that has Active Listening Skills.
Why a small number (2-12) of people?
If the group is too big, there is not enough time in the session to interact with people with Keto experiences.
