We trade Milk Jugs, Water Bottles, or Soda Cans for Crab Dinners
Trading empty milk Milk Jugs, Water Bottles, or Soda Cans f for crab dinners is a way for people to get around the cost of crab dinners. Some people may view it as a way to save money or to barter for goods.
What is the catch? Empty Milk Jugs, Water Bottles, or Soda Cans have value when recycled “properly.” This activity is to make the public aware that if plastic is recycled “properly,” it can have value.
To demonstrate this, we offer the opportunity to catch you to catch crab, and we will clean and cook the crab for your dinner. You furnish all the side dishes.

June 3 & 4, 2023 Crab Free License days, no license required for any age
You furnish bait. Crabs will eat one (1) chicken drumstick per hour per trap
Six (6) clean-rinsed milk jugs, Ten (10) Water Bottles or Soda Cans/crab trap/for one (1) Crab Trap, Bucket, and crab Gauge for 4 hours
Three ( 3) clean-rinsed milk jugs or Five (5) Water Bottles or Soda Cans/crab cleaned & cooked for each Crab Cooked.
According to the report — which used statistics from the National Center for Health Statistics and the National Survey on Drug Use and Health 2018-19, among other sources — Oregon ranked the worst in the country for pain reliever misuse.

How can recycling Milk Jugs, Water Bottles, or Soda Cans prevent teenage drug usage?
We reward teenagers for positive behavior Any teenager in Lincoln County who will take the pledge and abstain from drugs, alcohol, and tobacco until they graduate from high school will receive one (year) paid college tuition + books at the local Community College. If they do not want to go to college and wait until they are 21, they receive $2000.
Where does $2000 come from?
Teenagers earn money by recycling Milk Jugs, Water Bottles, or Soda Cans and turning plastic into products by On Demand Manufacturing
