DOCKSIDE CHARTERS – Fishing Report:
08/09/2018
Dockside Charters report that the wild Salmon are off the Oregon coast. They report that they had some wild Salmon action on Thursday, July 9, 2018. They report that it was difficult to keep the gear in the water because of the sheer volume of fish biting. They had to put the majority of the Chinook back because they were not hatchery fish but decent numbers were retained (close to one per rod). The action was wild and everyone had a great time. ODFW numbers indicate that we have a long way to go to reach the quota so maybe we will get the scheduled season in.
